Inez Day_2014

This was supposed to be submitted on may 10, but I couldn't get it done on time, sooo here. Happy "Inez Day" to my buddy  lol 
Because it has been 3 years already of our friendship, and it supposed we gotta draw things related to the Agency X, because that's how it all started between us xD. And mostly Outlaw stuff (because accidently I used the same date for her birthday in my roleplay account for her years ago, so that's why it turned into a thing about her(?)).
Anyway, I changed my original doodle, she was supposed to wear her hat, and wear her other clothes, but since JD loves her with the skirt, I changed it... Taking the opportunity to make it into a slight fanservice lol!
